Payment

A credit card is required to hold your appointment. You may pre-pay for your session(s) or wait until after the appointment to pay. Online payment is collected via Square. All major credit cards are accepted in person via Square with touchless / chip / Apple Pay capabilities. Venmo or cash is also accepted for payment.

Itemized Receipts

I do NOT take insurance. If you would like to use your FSA or HSA funds, I can provide you with an itemized receipt.

Late Arrivals

Regardless of arrival time, sessions must end on time for proper room cleaning and accommodating my other clients.

Cancellation Policy | No-Shows

Please provide at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The full fee will be exercised otherwise.

Hygiene & Infectious Disease Protocols

Flannel sheets are changed after each client and laundered in hot water. Frequently touched surfaces are sanitized with ammonium chloride. I have three HEPA filters in the office with a capacity that exceeds the square footage of the space.

Clients will have access to hand sanitizer or washroom if necessary. Masks are not required, but you should wear one if that is more comfortable for you. I can provide you with a surgical mask if you request one. I will accommodate you with a hammock pillowcase setup for face down time.

I am up to date on vaccinations and boosters, including those for COVID-19, Influenza, and TDaP.

Disrobing

Feel free to wear as much or as little as you like. I will have you under a sheet and a quilt, securely draped except for the body part on which I am working.

Privacy

I take your privacy very seriously. Your intake forms, personally identifying information, and anything else you’ve disclosed to me will not be shared with any outside persons. This information may only be released via subpoena.
